We work with small businesses, landlords, and property managers across Essex. Whether it's a new office fit-out, additional sockets in a retail unit, or a scheduled maintenance visit for a commercial property, we provide reliable certified electrical work.
Commercial installation work we cover: new circuits and distribution boards, office socket and lighting installation, shop and retail electrical fit-outs, warehouse lighting upgrades (including LED), three-phase power.
PAT testing: Portable Appliance Testing for offices, schools, and commercial tenants. We test, tag, and provide a full register of results — a legal requirement for many commercial premises.
Emergency lighting: supply and installation of maintained and non-maintained emergency lighting systems, including annual inspection and test certificates.
We understand commercial clients need work done with minimal disruption. We're happy to work outside normal hours — evenings and weekends — and we'll give you a clear programme before we start.
